"It was so hard when my husband was indicated for killing a naked, unarmed man." Ma'am, a man is dead and your husband killed him. I do not think you get to choke up while you talk about how unfair YOUR life is.

it's offensive how they keep talking about his interaction with cops as being the same as reacting to some random asshole with guns in a truck with no actual authority.

I wonder how many people will unsubscribe because of the poor sound quality of courtroom dialogue. You guys would have been a lot better off to have read the transcripts rather than play the clips. it's just too hard to hear. Good job otherwise though.

What a surprise, he's still practicing. 🙄 Shame on everyone who had a hand in that plea deal... especially those who flat-out lied about the victims support for it. Ya'll are partially responsible for every person he molests in India.

100% AWESOME!!! This podcast was so thorough and indepth, it really was a "break down" of the broken down legal system and how it affects: those on trial, the lawyers who represent them and the families of the accused. I cried with tears of joy when I learned Justin was able to go free and then almost as quickly those tears were shed in sorrow for those who won't get an opportunity to prove their innocence. Justice is for the rich 💰
