In this episode, Cameron is interviewed by Buck Grant on his informative show, “The Fight Focus Podcast.” Cameron Shayne is the founder of Budokon, a Mixed Movement Art that includes martial arts, calisthenics, Mobility, and yoga. I trained with him over a month ago during a 5-day immersion for mobility work and got to know him quite well during that time.  His team is coming off of a vital MMA win. Rafael Lovato Jr, a world champion black belt who cross trains with Cameron just won at Bellator in a pivotal fight for his career. I had the honor of sparing with him while I was out there, along with the like of UFC TUF Veteran Josh Burkman and Hall of Fame BJJ practitioner Xande Ribeiro. These and many other high-end fighters are gravitating towards Cameron and in this episode of the Fight Focus, we discuss why.  1. Fighter vs martial artist (the value of a black belt fighter.) character  2. Mastery through service. (Servant master, student teacher, (56 min.) 3. Born Fighting. How every sport is a fighting art, INCLUDING BASEBALL. (Athletic competence.) 4. Beliefs and Constructs. Why nothing is REAL. Why do we have a structure like styles and belief systems? (Black belt system measurable progression.) Movement Matrix Lineage Systems. 5. Why did you create Budokon? MMA-The progression of efficiency but the regression of character. 6. Customer-Privilege Student-service  7. In your exploration of human consciousness, what new paradigms if any have shifted your perspective on things? 8. Why should Yogis do martial arts? Survival and thrive with it.  9. Fuck Budokon? Sleeping with Students and The anonymous Yogi.

Do you want a happy life? How about one filled with worry or despair? It's obvious we all want the former, yet your interpretation of things can drastically change your life to the latter. In this episode, Cameron Shayne and Mark Baratto discuss Tony Robbins, the #metoo movement, and how human beings listen to what they really want to hear. How you listen to this episode can radically change your life.

What do you think of when someone asks, “What’s your passion?” Are you searching? Are you confused? Are you waiting for it to hit you like a bolt of lightning? On today’s podcast, Cameron Shayne and Mark Baratto discuss the topic of “Finding Your Purpose.”
In this episode, Cameron Shayne and Mark Baratto discuss the existence of God.   One of us believes there is a God and the other doesn't.  You can only imagine where this episode goes...
On today's controversial episode, we recruited special guests, Melayne Shayne and Jose Rivera, to discuss the topic of victimization.  We cover the whole construct of victim language, mentality, and decision-making process. We help to answer questions like, Is the world happening "to you," instead of "for you?"  What strategies and tactics are you using in your life to feed your victim mentality? In a very honest conversation, Cameron Shayne and Mark Baratto cover a number of topics like what's happening in Hollywood and the #metoo movement, and how this may be feeding a victim mentality instead of creating an empowered one.
Today Cameron Shayne and Mark Baratto go real deep and discuss one of Budokon's core principles, the distinction between a relative reality vs an absolute reality. What is connected to me?  What is happening to me or happening around me? These questions are asked every day when you live in a "Relative State." Once you understand that your absolute reality is greater than your true self,  and is happening with or without your witness of it,  your perception of reality can drastically change for the better.
In this special LIVE episode, Cameron sits down with his students on day 9 of a 30-day BDK 500 hour Mixed Mover camp at Budokon University, for a mind science session.   When asked who want to participate, Jules speaks up looking for some answers on why he is questioning his relationship with his girlfriend, and if his feelings are strong enough to stay with her. For more details and to sign-up, please visit:  BDK 500 Hour Mixed Mover Camp. COURSE DESCRIPTION This unique and life-changing training camp is the longest and most extensive program that Budokon University offers. For 30-days we bring people together from all walks of life, movement backgrounds, skill levels, and fitness goals and transform them into BDK mixed movement artists. Our focus on nutrition, mixed movement training, and mental coaching produces extraordinary results in both the new mover and the professional teacher.  HOW WE DO IT For 30 days you will train daily with founder Cameron Shayne and the BU staff of Black Belt Professors. All students will be trained at a professional level allowing those inspired to teach BDK Yoga and BDK Calisthenics to test for both certifications. All students will also be eligible to test for their BDK Martial Arts Red Belt on the final weekend of the course. Educating students in 3 different systems of movement within a 30-day time frame would be next to impossible for most systems. Budokon is unique because our 32 years of researched and tested movement curriculum interchanges seamlessly between our yoga, martial arts, and calisthenics curriculums. This allows our educators to tailor the focus of each day's training and technique around its multiple uses and variable applications across each category.
In this episode, Cameron and Mark discuss pattern interrupts and how they can be used to change a particular thought, behavior or situation. Behavioral psychology use this technique to interrupt and change thought patterns and behaviors. It can be as simple as initiating a handshake or as definitive as eradicating a bad habit.
Have you ever wondered how Budokon came about or wanted to know more about Cameron's journey into creating the Budokon system? In this Episode, Cameron "opens his kimono" and reveals everything you'd ever want to know about Budokon.
