As humans, we are subconsciously attracted to or trusting of things that feel familiar. Today’s case study examines how executive assistant Kiri Mohan, who also doubles as a coach for freelancers who work corporate jobs, used this to her advantage to double her revenue in one year - all while working 25 hours a week as a solopreneur. By implementing a simple reflection framework, Kiri studied the brand colors, imagery, copy, social media, and website of her ideal clients, and started reflecting similar qualities in her own brand presentation and messaging.Doing this not only attracted the exact kind of clients that Kiri wanted to work with, but it allowed her to increase her pricing - going from working $40 per hour trading time for money to $5K per month retainer contracts. This reflection process is brilliant, let’s dig in.View the transcript for this episode at: https://otter.ai/u/MIP2e93j4NJhvurHEpGYF6gwEo0?utm_source=copy_urlThank you to our sponsors!Want to add another podcast to your queue? Debt - especially personal or consumer debt - feels like a monster most people prefer to shove in a closet, so we’re grateful to get a rare and financially vulnerable testimony of what managing and paying off debt as an entrepreneur actually looks like from our guest, Taylor Aller. Despite making 6-figures as a multi-passionate registered massage therapist, educator and consultant, Taylor didn’t feel like her finances were in a comfortable place. After taking a deep dive into her and her husband’s financial situation, she faced head-on the $65K in consumer debt they had accumulated. In today’s case study, Taylor details how they leveraged a concept called multi-potentialism to monetize a wide range of skills and pay off nearly $70K of debt and interest combined in just 9 months, without burning out.View the transcript for this episode at: https://otter.ai/u/v1o944jhm5H_NQu3Qs4w9dOCcdI?utm_source=copy_urlThank you to our sponsors!Develop Your Entrepreneurial Mindset with a Master’s in Entrepreneurship at CU Denver! Are you misallocating your company’s resources on a product that’s stunting your growth? Today’s case study investigates this dilemma.Michelle Razavi, CEO and co-founder of the gut-friendly food company, Elavi, recently faced this roadblock head on. After successfully launching the company in 2020 with collagen protein bars, she made the tough decision to cut this entire product line - giving up $100,000 in guaranteed revenue in the process - in favor of going all-in on their new (and more promising) product line of dessert cashew butter spreads.Mere months later, Elavi’s dessert butters were picked up by retailing giant Costco, AND they’re now on track to generate $1M this year! It's not easy to let go of something you poured your heart into, but what if doing so could open the door to a new, million-dollar opportunity? Michelle walks us through how she came to this decision, the pitching strategy that got Costco’s attention, and why this pivot 10Xed their revenue.View the transcript for this episode at: https://otter.ai/u/CfwABqgKFSAv4mxpNEJG4sUUnh8?utm_source=copy_urlConnect with Michelle:www.elavi.coIG: @heyelaviIG: @michellerazaviListen to our SXSW episode: https://link.chtbl.com/TjDOGQaoIconic business leaders all have their own unique genius. Todays’ case study takes you step by step through Megan’s hyper efficient funnel that generates hundreds of new leads monthly on auto-pilot while generating multiple six figures in backend revenue. They saw an opportunity to change the way publishers collaborate with their brand partners, and after 4 years of executing campaigns, it's clear they’re onto something. In today’s case study, we explore what performance publishing looks like, and how their storytelling strategy combined with simple ad creative has acquired more than 300,000 new customers for their brand partners.View the transcript for this episode at: https://otter.ai/u/ZSgr9NpvRrgu1iyBtPII5xOyQhk?utm_source=copy_urlThank you to our sponsors!Develop Your Entrepreneurial Mindset with a Master’s in Entrepreneurship at CU Denver! Sophia started hosting Q&A text parties with her audience last year and found that over the course of one year, all but one participant converted into paying customers. The best part? These simple Q&A parties only required a few hours of her attention a couple times a year, no launch or tech set-up, and did not rely on having a large audience to be effective.  This non-sales event may be the missing precursor to selling out your next launch. Here’s how she structured each Q&A party - scripts, data, and strategy included.View the transcript for this episode at: https://otter.ai/u/jJNKg-1Dcl-vxgHTOtpnaj4jaAI?utm_source=copy_urlThank you to our sponsor!Try Riverside for free today and save 15% off with our code CEO: creators.riverside.fm/CEOConnect with Sophia:Text MARKETING to +1 (917) 810-2418 to join Sophia's text list, or just click here: https://my.community.com/sophiaparra https://gotocoach.clubGet on the waitlist for Sophia's upcoming membership (don't miss the juicy bonuses available only for waitlisters): https://gotocoach.club/waitlist IG: @sophiaparraCatch Ellen's episode of Sophia's Marketing #Unfiltered Podcast: https://podcasts.apple.com/gb/podcast/ep-105-media-queen-ellen-yin-answers-all-your-solo/id1644601845?i=10006225238523 Nurture Events to Try: https://podcasts.apple.com/gb/podcast/3-nurture-event-ideas-to-bring-buzz-generate-sales/id1644601845?i=1000650164998Links to check out:Uplevel your SMS marketing strategy with our favorite communication toolkit, Norby! I'm still binge listening this podcast and so far I love it, but not a fan of the new format she decided to go with. the "lightning round questions" so are irrelevant to the podcast, I've been skipping through them. I liked the old format she had been using. like I said I'm still binge listening so hopefully the more I catch up the better it gets or she goes back to the old format. before the "new format", I was enjoying the informative guests and subjects and the advice for new entrepreneurs such as myself. So I'm rating this podcast 3 stars for now and then I'll update after I catch up all the way

"Cubicle to CEO" is a phrase often used to describe the journey of someone who starts their career in a lower-level or entry-level position and rises through https://globaltimeusa.com/pof-login/ the ranks to become the CEO (Chief Executive Officer) of a company. This term is often used to reflect the idea that, with hard work, dedication, and determination, anyone can achieve their career goals and become a successful leader. The journey from cubicle to CEO can be a long and challenging one, but it can also be incredibly rewarding. It typically involves building a strong foundation of skills and knowledge, taking on new responsibilities, and networking with other professionals in your field. It may also involve continuing education, such as taking courses or earning advanced degrees, to stay current with industry trends and best practices.
