“This is literally what the future tastes like.” Those are the words of our first guest in this episode, Fred Iutzi, president of The Land Institute (1:20). He joined us to provide you with some background on Kernza, being developed as a grain crop with big benefits for the environment. We’re talking about Kernza because, for the first time, it’s in one of our cereals.
