Listened on Halloween, how appropriate. Ugh, I hate how "acceptable" and expected it is for my 2yo to get a bucket of candy. Or to have bowls of candy on the table to have a sugar free-for-all. Yet when I try to protect my child's health I become an outcast. l and "party-pooper".

there's lots of conflicting information to shift through when you are new to wfpb diet, I end more confused at times when researching.
