The Rams House

Just after we were riding high off the big win over the Seattle Seahawks in week 14, the Rams travel to Dallas and lose in a lopsided upset to the Cowboys. It was a rough game with even rougher results as the Rams now have only a 5% chance of making the playoffs. The guys discuss the game and what has to happen if the Rams hope to see the post season.

Week 13 was a get right game for our Rams and they did not disappoint! The Rams pummeled the Arizona Cardinals 34-7! It was a great win after the big week 12 loss to the Baltimore Ravens. The guys discuss both of those games as well as look ahead to the upcoming Sunday night home game against the Seattle Seahawks. A big game that the Rams really need to win if they want any chance of making a playoff run. Let's GO RAMS!!!

Full disclosure, the guys took the week off for the Thanksgiving holiday but they didn't want to leave you hanging. At time of recording no one had actually seen the Rams Ravens game on Monday Night Football so they recorded two segments, one assuming the Rams lost and one assuming they won... assuming they won is always more fun. There's a lot of speculation in this one so take it with a grain of salt. They also look ahead to week 13 in their first game of the season against division opponent, the Arizona Cardinals. Plus, resident Raiders fan Ben Garcia stops by to keep us honest and boast about the Raiders better than expected season.

The Chicago Bears came to town in week 11 to take on the Rams in the Sunday night Game of the Week! It wasn't the most exciting game, but the result was exactly what the Rams needed and that's a win! The offensive line looked a lot better than it has the past few weeks. Jarred Goff showed signs that he's still the quarterback we saw in 2018. Todd Gurley also was back to true form and Sean McVay didn't abandon him! The guys discuss all those positives, plus their other takeaways. They also look ahead at the week 12 Monday Night Football game against the red hot Lamar Jackson and the Baltimore Ravens!

It was another rough outing for the Rams as they headed to Pittsburgh to take on the Steelers and we're not able to secure the win, losing the game 12-17. The Rams are now 5-4 on the season and losing their chance at a playoff run. The guys discuss the disappointing line play and unimpressive performance by Jared Goff. Sean McVay isn't off the hook either as his play calling and lack of commitment to the run has become suspect. Is it time to push the panic button? Tune in to find out!

In Week 8 the Rams flew over to London to take on the Cincinnati Bengals. Rams fans expected a win and lucky for us, coach McVay and his squad delivered! The Rams beat the Bengals 24-10. We'll always take a win, however there are still some concerns over Todd Gurley. Also, this past week the Rams sent Aquib Talib to the Miami Dolphins in a obvious salary dump. Looking ahead the Rams have their BYE in week 9 so the guys take a look at the rest of the division and try to determine the Rams path to the playoffs.

We did it! The Rams finally got back in the win column with a big victory of the Atlanta Falcons in week 7! It was a get right game after a tough three weeks and the Rams did what they needed to against a now 1-6 Falcons team that hasn't looked great this season. The Rams next head to London to take on the also awful 0-7 Cincinnati Bengals. The guys recap last week's game and look ahead at what they'd like to see in week 8 and what needs to happen to keep the Rams playoff hopes alive!

After a week off to lick their wounds, the guys are back to talk some Rams football! It was a rough two weeks as the Rams dropped a nail biter to the Seahawks 30-29, then didn't bother to show up in week 6 as the 49ers shut down Sean McVay's offense in a 20-7 win. Not to be deterred, Les Snead made some moves including a trade for star corner Jalen Ramsey. The Rams look to bounce back in week seven with a favorable matchup against the Atlanta Falcons. It was a rough week for the Rams as Jameis Winston and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers came to town and proceeded to have the game of their lives! Pouncing on the Mob Squad with a 55-40 upset. Lots to discuss about the game and some concerns for the Rams defense. The guys also look ahead at the big week 5 Thursday night match up against division foe, the Seattle Seachickens.

In week 3 the Rams traveled to Cleveland to take on the Browns in the Sunday Night Game of the Week! As we all expected, the Mob Squad handed Baker Mayfield and his squad another loss, trumping the Browns 20-13! Lots to unpack from the game as well as plenty to discuss in looking ahead at the week 4 game when the Tampa Bay Buccaneers come to town! Also up for discussion is the Chargers inability to sell season tickets to the new stadium and the off field drama it's causing in the front offices.

Another week, another big win for our Rams! The New Orleans Saints came to town for a week 2 match up against the Rams at the Coliseum and the Mob Squad did not disappoint! This week we'll recap the game and look ahead at week 3 when our boys travel to Cleveland to take on Baker Mayfield, Odell Beckham Jr. and the Browns in the Sunday Night Game of the Week!

In week one of the NFL season, the Rams traveled to Charlotte to take on Cam Newton and the Carolina Panthers! The Mob Squad had a little dust to shake off but in the end they were victorious, beating the Panthers 30-27. Takeaways from the game, injury updates, contract news and a preview of the week two match up against the New Orleans Saints are all in this week's episode of The Rams House!

NFL Football is back! So are our Rams and so is the Rams House! The guys kick the season off with a recap of all the moves that took place over the off season. They give their thoughts on Jared Goff's big contract and what it means for the team. The guys also discuss the upcoming season and give their predictions on what to expect from the Mob Squad in 2019! Horns up!

The NFL season has finally come to a close. Unfortunately, it wasn't with a Rams win over the Patriots. The guys discuss the Mob Squad's 13-3 loss and why they couldn't manage more than a field goal. They also try to find some positives to take away from the game. Even without the Super Bowl win, it was an incredible season! Tune in for this final episode of the 2018-19 season!

Super Bowl week is finally here! This Sunday our Rams take on the hated New England Patriots in what should be an incredible game! This week the guys discuss the two teams and how they match up against one another. They also take some of the bets surrounding the game and make some wagers with a pretty hefty prize for the winner. Also, our good friend Jason Gallo officially renounces the Cowboys as his team and goes all in on being a Rams fan! As you can imagine, Ben has some choice words for his decision. It's official... The Rams are going to the Super Bowl!!! The Mob Squad took on the New Orleans Saints in the Divisional Championship and came out victorious with a 26-23 overtime win! However the game was not without it's controversy. The guys break down the game and discuss the fallout from the now infamous "no call." The guys also look ahead at the Super Bowl and preview the match up against the Patriots.

The Divisional round saw the Rams face off against a hot Dallas Cowboys at the LA Coliseum. Sean McVay and company did what they needed to do and handled "America's Team" with a 30-22 victory! The Saints win against the hated Eagles sets the stage for the Division Championship game and a rematch of the Rams/Saints week 9 game. The Rams are in a much better position to take on New Orleans with the return of Aquib Talib and the addition of CJ Anderson. No matter how you slice it, it's gonna be a fun game! Hopefully come Sunday night, the Mob Squad is taking NOLA for some gumbo!

The Divisional Round has finally been set! Our Rams are taking on the suddenly hot Dallas Cowboys! The guys discuss the game and breakdown how the teams match-up. Disclaimer, we have a hater on the pod who thinks the Mob Squad is destined to go one and done again this season in the playoffs. Week 15 saw something that Rams fans have not seen during the Sean McVay era... and we wish we could say it was a good thing. The Rams posted their second loss in a row during the regular season. If that wasn't bad enough, it was against the hated Philadelphia Eagles. With now three losses on the season, the Rams need win these next two games if they want to keep that first round bye and a possible home field advantage against Chicago. This week the guys discuss the week 15 loss along with mounting concerns over Jared Goff and our once "high powered" offence.

In week 14 the Rams traveled to freezing cold Chicago to take on the Bears at Soldier Field! Also in attendance was Jeff Wilson from The Rams House! He discusses his experience at the game and tailgating in enemy territory. The guys also break down the 15-6 loss to the Bears as well as look ahead at week 15 against a Carson Wentz-less Philadelphia Eagles squad. I wonder if all those Eagles fans headed to the game this weekend still know how to spell "Eagles."
