The young Complexity squad has a great opportunity in front of them as they prepare for ESL Challenger and IEM Katowice Play-Ins back-to-back to close February. With little time to build a foundation, the team has been forced to learn through live reps. With a winnable tournament ahead of them, as well as the chance to qualify for Katowice, Complexity is in a rare opportunity to hit the right form at the perfect time. This episode focuses on the obstacles ahead and the potential growth opportunity in front of them.
NOTE: Complexity's current coach is Tiaan "T.c" Coertzen. Orgless' current coach Hunter "Lucid" Tucker was named incorrectly as Complexity's current coach. (Sorry T.c!)  Although none of the new look Complexity, EG, and Liquid lineups made it out of groups at BLAST Premier Spring Groups 2022, there are plenty of positives to pull from the initial event matchups. In this episode, we break down what went right on the NA side and how the three teams can build off that into a positive 2022 campaign.
After creating his "Team Building and Development" document for the public, Party Astronauts coach Joe "Muenster" Lima jumped on Crouch Peek to dive deeper into the intricacies of building a team, figuring out what role is right, and all things team development.
