Pour célébrer l'Entrepreneure Day le 27 Avril en Guadeloupe, je partage avec vous en toute honnêteté, les 7 erreurs que j'ai faites dans mon parcours entrepreneurial. Erreur numéro 2: Fonctionner à vide J'ai du apprendre à me soucier de moi, ma santé et de pratiquer ce qu'on appelle le "self-care". Quand on est à son compte, on est aussi la ressource humaine la plus importante. Maîtriser l'art de déléguer est nécessaire, toutefois surtout dans une petite structure, on a tendance à être partout, tout le temps et ça au détriment de son équilibre personnel. J'ai dû me faire violence afin de privilégier ma santé, mon équilibre et cesser de me négliger. Dance cet épisode de #businesscritique je partage cette erreur de parcours. Erreur numéro 1: Faire une fixation sur les objectifs. Je suis une travailleuse acharnée. Je ne lâche rien tant que je n'arrive pas à mes objectifs. C'est autant une bénédiction, qu'une malédiction parce que lorsqu'il s'agit du mauvais objectif ou d'une objectif qui se doit d'évoluer, ça m'a mené plus d'une fois à la catastrophe. En gros je suis têtue et être têtue dans le business ça peut autant passer que casser. Dance cet épisode de #businesscritique je partage cette erreur de parcours.
