In preparation for the 2018 game awards show we decided to go through all the categories and nominees. God of War, Spider Man, Red Dead Redemption 2 are just a few of the big triple a releases dominating the categories. Unfortunately The Last Remnant re-release wasn't released in time to qualify, otherwise it would've swept most if not every category. 
Rhetoric Radio is back and worse than ever, listen to us praise the hottest games of the summer such as Mario Tennis and Octopath traveler. Thoughts on Spider-Man, Call of Duty and Red Dead Redemption 2. We probably talk about Super Smash Bros. too much so make sure you have a shower readily available to you. 
Rhetoric Radio's return has been the most anticipated piece of entertainment since The Phantom Menace. The only difference being is that we are actually worse. Listen to us trash on your favorite summer movies and praise First Reformed for an hour. 
Rhetoric Radio is back after our brief absence. We catch up with the latest Star Wars movie Solo and give our thoughts on Deadpool 2. Luke finally sees Full Metal Jacket and Ryan praises Paul Schrader's new movie First Reformed. For gaming we talk Detroit: Become Human, Donkey Kong Tropical Freeze as well as Nintendo's increasingly irritating business practices.
This week we review Lynne Ramsay's new movie starring Joaquin Phoenix You Were Never Really Here. For gaming we discuss the hype for the new God of War and share our thoughts on 2016's game from Playdead INSIDE.
This week on Rhetoric Radio we review the new horror thriller A Quiet Place directed by John Krasinski. We touch back on our Ni No Kuni 2 and Far Cry 5 thoughts from last week and discuss some upcoming game releases such as the Spyro Reignited trilogy.
This week's episode we review Spielberg's latest exercise in 80's nostalgia by way of Ready Player One, and Luke shares his thoughts on Wes Anderson's next favorite hipster's movie Isle of Dogs. For video games, Far Cry 5 has been released, and more in depth thought on Ni No Kuni 2 are shared.

Slow week this week in media. We go over what we've been watching, some film news, upcoming blu ray releases and a new Flickchart segment. In gaming, we go more in depth into our Monster Hunter World experience and the pro's and con's of Dragon Ball Fighterz.
Today we go through all 24 Oscar nominations and choose who we think is going to win in each category. Also a brief discussion on Capcom's new big release Monster Hunter World.
