She lived in rural Ontario with her adoptive family, an alcoholic father, and a cold, distant mother. Helen left home at the age of 16 to begin a life on her own. After finding love and getting married, Helen was finally happy, until the "dreaded text" from another woman.Helen is the author of 53 Grove Road. She is a life coach, a Podcast Host, and a motivational speaker.
