Without Warning Podcast® is a true crime in real-time. This podcast goes behind the scenes with renowned private investigator Sheila Wysocki as she pulls back the curtain on official police investigations of real, tragic deaths that don’t add up. Crowdsourcing Justice™.
In Season One of the Without Warning® podcast, Wysocki investigates the tragic death of Lauren Agee, who died while attending a lakeside boating event with friends. Is the police's conclusion that it was an accident consistent with all the evidence? Hear what Lauren's mother, her friends, others at the scene, and law enforcement have to say.
In Season Two of Without Warning Podcast® Crowdsourcing Justice™, Wysocki turns her attention to Christian Andreacchio, who was found in his bathtub with a bullet hole in his head by friends who called 911 believing he had shot himself. But does the physical evidence add up to suicide? Hear what Christian's mother, friends, and law enforcement say. In this true-crime podcast, you decide who’s telling the truth, who’s lying, what happened to the evidence, and whether the police investigation was done right.
In Season Four of Without Warning Podcast® Crowdsourcing Justice, Wysocki takes the listener through the Jonathan Crews case. Brenda Lazaro called 911, saying Jonathan wanted to show her how much he loved her and shot himself. The evidence tells a different story.
Season Five takes a turn Through Private Eyes with co-host Katherine Mayer of Mayer Consulting and Private Investigator Danielle Burch. Taking the listeners through the eyes of an investigation. Taking all sides of the Dani Smith case, a reported suicide with many red flags throughout the investigation. Was it a suicide?
Season Six takes the listener through the 47 million-dollar lawsuit against the Andreacchio family, podcasters including Without Warning. The end of the lawsuit produced a wealth of information for Christian's case. Not one penny was paid for the frivolous lawsuit. Jett Miller, the plaintiff, explains why the lawsuit was filed, not what you think.

Jeremy Taylor would better be suited to a job in retail. in order to investigate death scenes, some very basic training at the least seems warranted. that, and the ability to form full and coherent sentences. Jesus!
this guy sounds like he's lacking....
Chase is leaps ahead of these other clowns!
Something in the Title or Description telling the listener that this episode is related to the Dani Smith series would be helpful.
Did Sheila solve the case or nah! she is Nancy Gracing, no evidence just a white woman's instincts.
Anybody else's episodes messing up from season 3 half of the episodes are missing in the middle and just appear to get practice's of advert instead
WTF? You do several episodes of a new case then a bunch from the previous case right in the middle of the new case?
Pretty sure LinkedIn sends requests automatically though. I am not a member but kept getting requests from my BIL who said he never sent them.
Ok, without knowing details she sure does come across as being distraught, upset and scared. She even begs for them to help her and to help her with what to do... When normally the best caller is like no he's dead, I can't touch him, etc. We will see...
this is just like they Christian story isn't it...its crazy sloppy police work like this still exist
my view of the parents sherry and Mike is dimming...speaking to the detective jeremy in such a patronizing entitled manner. makes me wonder if Lauren was so over parented that they know everything about her.
Holy smokes! Yes, I'm intrigued. How are we supposed to wait for another episode?!
Omg!!! Such a miscarriage of justice! Sounds like any Joe Blow can become a police officer and it won't matter. SMDH.
Who is the dude walking around in the background? Just a roommate? Family? Someone related to Aaron? He is definitely suspicious, as well as, Aaron calling and the other phone call after. They are definitely hiding something and I hope whatever it is, it gets found out! Lauren and her family deserve justice!
This judge is a douche😡
The woman (an attorney I assume) is a Rock Star!!!)
What an absolute disgrace this Sheriff is! Fair play to the lady (don't know what you would call her, her role) taking his deposition. She calmly went through it while he tied himself in knots. It's excruciating in parts.
A couple of things. Maybe I misunderstood the injury but if the injuries were to the back of her head how does the spine get compressed? If the top of her head was had the injury I would understand the spine. Second thing is wouldn't be a HUGE conflict of interest that the investigating officer was buddy buddy with one of the main persons of interest in the case? Thanks for a great podcast. Bill
Just listening to Aaron's interview makes my skin crawl and makes me sick to my stomach. My heart is just breaking for Kadie's family💔
I personally feel like if he was going to kill herself why not just park the car front of the train at the last moment but also women are usually suicidal and do it in such a way that's a violent death because women more often than men worry about who's going to clean up the mess after and so that's why women usually take pills or do it in the bathtub and slit their wrists in the bathtub so that it would just be bloody in the bathtub and not all over the house and I don't think she would have been suicidal and then done this to her parents and made it so that they couldn't have an open casket for her because she is all over and I think a person would be so scared of jumping in front of a train that I don't think she would have gone through with it so I do not at all believe Katie killed herself I think she was getting to leave him and he and his family is religious fanaticism went over the top for her.
