In the season finale, we talk plastic surgery! We talk to two mothers who have had plastic surgery to try to undo some of the damage to their bodies caused by carrying babies. One had diastasis recti, an umbilical hernia and excess skin. She opted for a full tummy tuck. The other had deflated breasts, and she opted for a breast augmentation. In this episode, we talk about the procedure and recovery, the risks, postpartum bodies, body postiivity, the opinions of others, the stigma, and of course, whether or not it was worth it.

In this episode, we talk to a 30 something woman who is right in the middle of her infertility journey. She has had unexplained infertility for four years, and is about to start the IVF process. We talk about the process, cost, emotional toll and sexual resentment that comes with fertility treatments. We also talk about how friendships can be impacted and what people, specifically moms, with friends going through this should do and say. 
In this episode, we talk to that mom that you see on instagram and wonder how she does it all. She does themed days with her kids and takes them to exciting places. Her life and instagram feed are colorful, fun and enviable. This episode dives into exactly how she does it all. We talk about mental health, the coping mechanisms around having a fun-filled life, and tips to get kids out of funks. In this episode I talk to a mom of four young kids, who has traveled to 49 states and 32 countries with her kids. She gives us tips and tricks, we talk most and least kid-friendly places, she details her travels, and we get into an argument about when and if you should take your kids abroad. She's awesome, smart, honest and funny. She's also obviously insanely brave to take her four little kids to that many places. In this episode, my guest, Maryam (of hi and hello photography), talks with me about all things homeschooling. She began homeschooling her second grade daughter just this year, but was home schooled herself in Guam. We talk advantages and disadvantages, curriculum, social skills, cost and more. Despite her anxiety and illness, she remains upbeat, positive and is constantly growing and moving forward. This deep dive into mothering with OCD is an honest, funny and raw look at a mother going through a mental illness while trying to keep it together, teach her son empathy, and help lift others up, too. She mentions The Mindfulness Book for OCD as a helpful resource. 
In this episode, we talk to Sidney of @yayfortoday_. We talk about body image, what it looks like to be healthy as a mom, prioritizing self-care and finding joy outside of motherhood. Sidney walks us through her views on postpartum body image, and why we deserve more than leftovers as moms. In this episode, we talk to Ashley Rasmussen. Ashley is a mom of twin three-year-old girls and a one-year-old boy. She delivered both of her babies in San Francisco and is now living in a one bedroom apartment in the Marina district. We talk all about the conveniences, struggles and joys of living in a big city with children. We also discuss how she handles tough conversations like homelessness and violence with her children and how she stays safe, but still enjoys the city.
