Mr. Simmons holds a B.S. from Princeton University in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, an M.S. from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in Systems Engineering, and an M.M. from the Northwestern University J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management in Finance and Marketing.
