The conference champs are crowned, and it's onto the NCAA Tournament. Of course, the Pairwise formula is what determines the teams in the NCAAs, but then the Committee, following some strict guidelines, brackets the field. And that's always not without some controversy. We delve into that, and all of the issues surrounding the teams and who they're playing -- and where and why. Colorado College coach Kris Mayotte joins to discuss the agony of his team falling .0004 short of making the NCAA Tournament for the first time in over a decade, and what he thinks of the state of the Committee's process. Plus, how his team looks for next season. And finally, expert prognosticators Mike and Adam -- i.e. not expert -- make their picks for this year's NCAA Regionals. 0:00 Intro 0:30 Tournament Bracket controversies / Listener Questions 27:39 Kris Mayotte, Colorado College coach 52:10 Regional picks and analysis Please send feedback or questions to our Twitter feed @CHNsiders. We're down to Championship Saturday in the conference tournaments, and unto itself, it means a lot of great drama is ahead on the ice. But it also means we're close to the NCAA Tournament field being determined and, more interestingly, bracketed. We discuss all those possibilities and the solutions, ranging from doing nothing, to radical. ... And finally, there were more coaching dismissals this week. We go into those, and where these coaching searches may go. 0:00 Intro 1:13 The week that was 25:20 Fred Pletsch, Big Ten Network 47:50 Coaching carousel 1:03:45 Listener questions/Bracket craziness Please send feedback or questions to our Twitter feed @CHNsiders.
