Dameon Clay, founder of Silver Linings Counseling Services , has a heart for the well-being of children, especially when their parents can't seem to co-parent together. A key service Dameon Clay offers is reunification therapy, which is often a court ordered process, but couples can access this service when not court ordered. Dameon's practice over the years has centered on children, adolescents, and more recently the transition to college and adulthood.

Dr. Lavender was drawn to science fiction and fantasy as a child, and turned that interest into a career through his research of race in science fiction and fantasy.
