In this episode, I will discuss why I chose to create this podcast and the purpose behind it, what specifically drove me to do it, and the structure I will format it in.
This episode explores the difficulties about staying true to ourselves in college: we don't always know exactly who we are, we have new influences, and there are different things available/not available to us. In addition, it explores ways in which we can combat these difficulties, in order to stick to our morals and values: noticing what doesn't sit right with us, what makes us feel proud of ourselves, and surrounding ourselves with the right people.
