I pray that everything you do today will not only make sense but will make a difference.
Words are a powerful tool in today’s society to change ways of thinking and acting. Be a good interpreter of the words you hear today.
The church is here today because years ago people would trust God, leave their comfort zone, and go out and find the promised land.
Let me encourage you to write down stories and events that you remember about your parents and grandparents. Put them in a safe place for future generations.
It’s time we quit targeting people of any race and start treating everybody as a child of God with positive potential.
Mr. Fox is working hard. Only faith in the God who is in charge can eradicate your fears. Don’t be fooled. It’s your choice.
Be sure that you know what the problem is and how is the best way to correct it. Mistakes can be deadly.
To eradicate the problem, we need to focus on making the best use of our time, energy, and resources. I believe that would include training for police officers. How well are you being trained today for things that are important in life?
It’s your choice—stay where you think you are safe or take a leap of faith when God invites you to some new adventure. It’s your choice.
What if David had not taken the risk of facing the giant Goliath? What if Moses had not taken the risk of freeing his people from slavery? What if you don’t take the risk of what God is calling you to do today?
The best way to avoid them is to do what is right and trust God to always make your purpose and your path clear to you.
Whatever the situation, ask God to help you face the situation and trust Him as he can provide for you. Don’t try to be “lucky” and hope that some bird to solve your problem—face your problem by God’s grace and power to overcome it.
We also need to be sure that we can understand what we are learning, but most importantly, what God is telling us.
When you die and get ready for eternity, there is only one ticket to heaven and that is the grace of God that you have received and claimed and lived by.
He is alive, He is giving directions, and we can follow Him today!
Good Friday is good because the Man on the cross is not a deep fake. It was really Jesus who died for us all. Good Friday is real.
Do you see burdens or blessings? I challenge you to quit looking at things from a human point of view and ask God to help you see things from His point of view. It’s the point of view that points to life.
If you are not following the instructions of Jesus concerning life and death, then it will simply be a very sad ceremony. It will be quickly forgotten. I pray that your funeral will be a celebration of life.
You can never find real joy outside of fulfilling God’s purpose for your life. It’s the best therapy, medicine, motivation that you can have. Let God’s purpose move you to what God wants you to be.
Prepare every day this week for Maundy Thursday and Good Friday and Easter and celebrate that Jesus is alive.
