After a long hiatus, Foster Career Chats is back with Jack interviewing Filiz Genca, a long time ex-Amazonian and former COO of CareRev. She discusses her accomplished career journey as well as other topics such as finding meaning in work and juggling life outside of it.  
In this episode Jack interviews Sammie Walsh, a talent acquisition manager at the staffing agency Insight Global, to talk about contracting. Sammie describes why companies hire contractors, what the hiring process looks like, and the benefits of contracting.

Yvonne Wang was an MSCM student who was selected into Amazon's Pathways program through the company's University Recruiting. Jack interviews Yvonne as she provides insights on how to navigate the University Recruiting process. 
In the final episode of Season 3,  Foster business development manager Chris Milliken interviews Oscar Mayorquin. Oscar is the VP of Supply Chain at Talking Rain Beverage Company which is located just 20 miles east of Seattle. In this interview, he shares invaluable information about the company culture, their significant growth, and impacts of COVID-19 on supply chain.

In the new season 3 of Career Chats, Foster business development manager Chris Milliken interviews Foster alum and managing principal Kevin Tam at the cybersecurity consulting firm Coalfire. Kevin shares the skills needed to get into consulting and provides invaluable career advice for students.
