We chatted with Gormy, @gormy_goes_keto this week. He is an incredible inspiration having lost over 330 pounds on this journey so far. We chatted about weight loss, what it is like to be over 500 pounds on a day to day basis, how we choose to believe our own bullshit even when we KNOW it isn't the case, and just had some fun! 
This week's episode features Adrianna Stephenson @keto4mykid, who is a brain tumor parent, real food crusader, and keto diet advocate. She has been utilizing a ketogenic diet as a therapy tool for her son who experiences brain tumors. Adrianna talked to us about how she has made this transition with her family and the barriers she has both faced and overcome by implementing a keto diet for her children. We met her at KetoCon and were completely blown away by her and her family's story. This is a very impactful episode that you don't want to miss!
We chatted with our friend Arron Barnes, CEO and Founder of KetoButta. We absolutely LOVE KetoButta, and after meeting Arron and getting to know his story, we really wanted to have him on to talk about his journey from being a veteran to a small business owner, and his own health journey through controlling candida with a keto diet. *warning, there is some swearing**
This week we are chatting with our friend Amber, @rising__phoenixx , who we met at KetoCon. When we met her she told us her story and we were so moved. She has struggled with addiction for years until she made the choice to do the hard work and turn her life around. Amber is active in her recovery and is a very positive and inspiring force in the keto community.  Ig you look at her IG it says “recovery from all things’, and this is why we wanted to talk to her, because we are all recovering from all the things. 
This week we chatted with Hannah of @thatsucculentclassroom. We chatted about her history in acting and making the switch to teaching, cooking through Maria Emmerich's cookbooks, keto and anxiety, and have an interesting discussion surrounding fasting and evaluating the motivations behind it.  We kept the swearing to a minimum on this one! 
This week we chatted with our friend Daniele Della Valle, NTP and CEO and Founder of Your Wellness Academy (YOWA). We talked about some pretty intimate subjects and got really real - talking about having body confidence in the age of endless scrolling and social media, why people aren't having sex (YES, it's a problem!), advice on how to talk to your kids about their own sexual health and exploring their bodies, doing the work beyond weightloss, the positives and negatives of the Body Positivity Movement, and toxic positivity and fake vulnerability and authenticity. Ariel is a WEALTH of knowledge when it comes to plants and their medicinal properties. She is also a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, and just a badass boss babe! We chatted about health, nutrition, biohacking, MUSHROOMS and of course, skincare!

We met Max Mentzer @ketochefmax at KetoCon in Austin, and immediately wanted to get to know more about him and his story. Having Type 1 Diabetes his while life, food has taken on a special meaning for him. We talked all things food, but mostly eggs, as they are his specialty! He recently released his cookbook The Incredible Egg, and is making all kinds of magic in the kitchen!
This week we chatted with one of our all time favorite people on the gram, Stephanie Michel AKA @holycrapimfat. Not only is Stephanie wicked hilarious, she is not afraid to share the raw ups and downs of her weightloss journey, regularly posting videos to her youtube channel about the internal struggle. This week we chatted with the most positive presence on the internet, Cassy Joy from @fedandfit! She is the author of two cookbooks, the incredibly popular blog Fed and Fit, and has had her own journey through health and wellness.  Her Cook Once Eat All Week cookbook is changing the game on meal prep and creating nourishing meals for the entire family without having to spend tons of time in the kitchen. We chat about the book and so much more!
This week we spoke with Marisa Boasa @risamoe, who is currently training for a marathon in November 2019 and has multiple sclerosis. Marisa uses food and exercise as two medicines to combat her MS, and is determined to continue to fight for her mobility to be able to run and be active. Marisa is genuinely one of the most positive and upbeat people we've had the pleasure of speaking with. 
This week we sat down with @paulsaladinomd  Paul Saladino to talk all things carnivore.
