Looking back I realize that the main reasons we were able to survive and prosper were: Our ability to pivot and adapt fast… Our ability to stay disciplined and accountable to our daily hustle… Our ability to keep a positive and optimistic mindset through out shifting market… The same things apply today in my opinion. Over the years of being in business I have found that my most productive days started with an INTENTION to being productive... Not just showing up and winging it but actually mapping out a plan of attack and a desired outcome for the day. In a business like Real Estate it’s really easy to get caught up in putting out fires and chasing all the moving parts... Before you know it, the day had passed and you didn’t really do anything to move your business forward. A simple exercise like writing down a list of tasks and time blocking can be game changer for many. There’s only so much you can do in one day so how you spend your time will be crucial to your success. So as the year comes to an end let’s make a commitment to being intentional. #commissiononly
