10 years in healthcare and 13 years in fitness have made me realise that the healthcare (or ”sick-care”) system is fundamentally broken. 

Healthcare doesn’t do a good job of keeping us healthy and the fitness space does not get most people fit, why? That is what I seek to discover through great conversations with amazing people on the Elemental Health Podcast.

More than ever we need to understand our own unique journey to a stronger, healthier and happier life.

The Elemental Health podcast is my journey to cut through all the noise and provide you with a better understanding of what works and what will work for you. Underpinning this is my desire to have awesome conversations with amazing people and allow you to understand what is meaningful, and give you the tools and tactics to take action in your life.
