Mission Vision Values with Randy Olive

This episode is about how our vision can help create a powerful tool to help us on our hard days. When vision is clear, the future self is a real being. That future you is also the present you. Create your reality today by having clarity in your vision.

Randy explores looking into our values statements. We often build them with business vernacular, yet our innate desires, our innate values are what drives us. Why not craft our values statements to be more in line with our feelings and passions than with business rhetoric we won't follow?

In this episode, we discuss the significance that our mission statement sits on top of a cause. That is a defining factor for movement. The cause will be fuel, energy AND the cause will also give us that nudge forward on our tough days. 

Pivot is really only possible once we have clarity of vision. Otherwise, we are just throwing enough spaghetti against the wall to see what sticks. We lose meaning and direction that way. Our goals are birthed from vision and PIVOT should happen from vision too. We explore a few simple exercises and take a look at a really well-crafted vision statement from the non-profit Rescue Pink.

In this episode, Randy walks through a simple activity for pulling out subconscious awareness. Until we define the VALUES we desire to move in, we will operate from the VALUES handed to us by our subconscious filters.
