Charlie and Ron get into discussing the biggest buzz around Crossfit the last few days, Devin Ford's Video Submission. This leads to their opinions on ArmenHammerTV's interview with Devin to get his side of the story. At the end of the day, there is a major problem with Crossfit's Open qualifying process. The fix to those problems is what Charlie and Ron will debate. 

In today's new CrossFit climate the competition scene is going to explode over the next couple of years so in this episode Ron and I talk about running a competition and all the leg work it takes to make it come to fruition. 

In this episode we talk about the Greg Glassman interview and what we took away from it (if anything). Ron and I get into it over private programming from outside sources.
