Well, well, well, it looks like you've stumbled upon our little podcast....Congratulations and welcome to Shelf Help with Tracy and Amanda, where two self help connoisseurs review interesting (and sometimes weird) self improvement books and ideas!  We're glad you're here but you might need some info before going down this rabbit hole...As with any creative venture, the beginning bits might be a little more...unrefined... than the later bits.  In this bonus episode, we break down our progress as we celebrate over 1000 (!!!) downloads and hope to help explain some of our earlier work and everything since.  Whether you start at episode 1 or on our latest podcast, we hope you'll enjoy our reviews as much as we had making them! Bon Appétit!xoxoTracy, Amanda and Producer ShannonPS: Send your book ideas or "Asking for a Friend" questions to: TracyB@movingforwardcoaching.com.PSS:  We would be forever grateful if you would leave us a review on your favorite podcast app!*Recorded in December of 2020*________________________________Curious about life coaching with Tracy?
