Hey! We are back with another episode. Today I am joined by Jhayla of the Beautifully Made podcast. We discussed the importance of Mental Health in the church. Hey Guys! So excited to be back with a new season. In today's episode I discuss the importance of sticking with Christ during the "Process". The process may look different for each of us, but the outcome is the same. Christ has called us to do something for his glory. That doesn't necessarily mean it will be easy. I hope you are blessed by this intro episode. I am looking forward to an amazing season!  Be sure to follow @confessionsofachristianchick on Instagram to stay in the loop.
Hey Guys! So glad to be back with the final episode of the season. In today's episode, I am discussing the importance of getting rest, in order to be more productive. A lot of us are walking around burnt out, although that isn't what Christ wants for us. I also share three practical tips we can use to begin incorporating rest into our lives. As we approach the end of the year, take some time out to gather your thoughts, before rushing into the next year. This will help all of us avoid repeating the same unproductive habits. I hope you find this episode helpful, and I look forward to season 5!  PS: Be on the lookout for the journal challenge, which will be posted on Instagram @confessionsofachristianchick Also, check out www.confessionsofachirsitianchick.com
Are you a believer that struggles with patience? Honestly I’m pretty sure most of us do. It’s something about waiting that just doesn’t sit right me with! But, a change of perspective can certainly help with our endurance. God wants to bless us, but there is a time for everything. Even the Bible tell us this. We just need to be patient and hold on to his word. I hope you enjoy this episode and be sure to follow @Confessionsofachristianchick on IG
If you’re anything like me, you love a good plan. You thrive when things are planned out and working accordingly. But what happens when the plan isn’t going so smoothly? Do you start losing faith, or do you trust that God has something better in place? In this episode, I talk about my personal experience with my plans “falling apart.” It isn’t easy to deal with, but it is an actual test of our faith in God.
