 Before Sunny Jacobs, 71, and Peter Pringle, 80 met, they faced the death penalty for separate yet similar crimes. In 1976, Sunny was placed on death row in Florida for the murder of two police officers. Four years later, in Dublin, Peter was sentenced to death for the murder of two officers of the Garda Síochána, the Irish police force. Between them they spent 32 years in prison for wrongful convictions. 
Helga Wolff is a survivor of the Nazi regime, who had to leave her family behind at the age of 15 to escape the holocaust, both her parents were killed in Auschwitz. She tells us how she coped with such tragedy and what it was like to be a little Jewish girl in Germany when Hitler came to power
Nick Bailey was the news anchor for radio Caroline in the 60’s. Nick Bailey’s time on radio Caroline inspired the film “The Boat That Rocked”. He tells us what is was really like to be on the pirate ships that brought pop music to the masses. 
1952 Olympic medal winner, Tony Nunn recalls the experience of participating in one of the first post-war Olympics, which brought nations together after World War Two. Hosted in Helsinki this was the first time since the war Germany and Japan were allowed to compete after their ban for their World War Two crimes. Tony reveals what it was like to take part in such a significant event in world history. 
In this final episode Constance meets two third agers to talk about cross generational topics, such as, the prospect of death, marriage, happiness, as well as seeking advice for her own millennial life questions. In this episode you will meet Max who came over from Sri Lanka in his early twenties, and then became a nurse, working for the NHS for over 35 years, and Liz who was a teacher and only retired seven years ago.
