In this episode Luke sits down in Chittenango, NY with Ryan Powell.  Ryan was a 4x All-American at Syracuse University, played in both the Major Lacrosse League and National Lacrosse League as well as on Team USA. Currently he is the head boys coach at Christian Brothers Academy of Syracuse, and runs Rhino Lacrosse and Powell Lacrosse. 
In this episode Luke is in Baltimore, MD with head coach of Loyola Men's Lacrosse, Charley Toomey. Coach Toomey will be entering his 18th season as the head coach of the Greyhounds and during that time has a career record of 168 - 85. He has also led Loyola to their first ever National Championship victory in 2012.
In this episode Luke is in Cortland, NY with head coach of Cortland State Men's Lacrosse, Steve Beville. Coach Beville will be entering his 17th season as the head coach of the Red Dragons where he has led them to four Division 3 National Championship games, with a national title victory in 2009 . Prior to Cortland, he was the head coach at University of Vermont and Colorado College.
In this episode Luke sits down in Geneva, NY with Greg Raymond, head coach of Hobart Men's lacrosse. Coach Raymond will be entering his 9th season as the head coach of the Statesmen and prior to that was an assistant coach at Princeton and before that at Drexel. As a player, he was a 3x captain at Johns Hopkins and helped lead them to a national championship in 2005. After graduation, he played 3 seasons in the Major Lacrosse League.
