The Nebraska Agri-Business Association has been in existence since 1955 representing the industry. The Association was originally formed as the Nebraska Fertilizer Institute, then merging with the Nebraska Ag-Chemical Association in 1979 we became the Nebraska Agri-Business Association.Through our Podcast we will be sharing interviews with people from the Ag Industry that would be of interest to members of the Agriculture community.

For the latest Nebraska Agri-Business Association's podcast, we were fortunate to sit down with Senator Steve Halloran.  Senator Halloran gives us some insight on how growing up on a farm in Nebraska shaped who he is today, the importance of sharing our rich Agriculture history with the next generation of Nebraskans and what is coming up in the next Legislative session.  Senator Steve Halloran was elected to Nebraska Legislature in 2016.  He is a 5th generation Nebraskan farmer. Senator Halloran is the Chair of the Agriculture Committee and a member of both the Business and Labor Committee and the Natural Resources Committee. Previously Senator Halloran was Membership Director for Council for Agricultural Science and Technology, President/Chief Executive Officer for National Farmers Organization and National Director, Grain Department of the National Farmers Organization.  Senator Halloran represents District 33.
