Great, great interview. I love listening to Hannah when she's relaxed and having a thoughtful chat. When her memoir is done I'd love to see you do an interview chat series with her about it?

Wow. It's really a privilege to be allowed to listen in to these wise and witty people having a rambling but authentic and intimate conversation about life, death and things in between.

I’m enjoying this podcast but the sound mixing is terrible and so hard to listen to when the speaker voice is sometimes really quiet and then they turn to the microphone and it’s REALLY LOUD. Hope the sound editing improves as only on the first series and this is a common occurrence with people start new podcasts.

Did Emma Thompson have to get on her political bandwagon on this of all weeks? I even agree with her but I can listen to political views elsewhere - here I want some entertainment, not her whingy voice. I switched off after 2 minutes.

I think this is my favourite Russell T Davies interview so far. Feel like a silent guest in the kitchen whilst Sue and Russell catch up after a night out. a unique blend of hilarity combined with sweeping yet deep conversation - that I thought was reserved solely for late-night chats with your best friend. @sueperkins is such a superstar and is wonderful that this podcast series means I get to spend more than #AnHourOrSoWith her excellent company.

OMG, Johnny/Michael and Sue, what an incredibly intimate and profound interview. I felt like I was eavesdropping on a private conversation between two close friends. You are both such accomplished people, I'm sad to hear you suffer so much from your demons. Being Catholic doesn't help IMO! If you haven't done so already, may I respectfully suggest you give counselling a go. Finding the right counsellor to get the tools you need to navigate life's challenges can be life changing. Please be gentle on yourselves, and remember, perfection is a myth, and you are "enough"!! Sending love and positive thoughts to you both from Ireland. ❤🧡💛💚💙💜

Bloody hell, this was an amazing episode and really resonated with me at the end. I lost both parents within 19 months of each other and could identify with what they were both saying. I love both Sue and Johnny/Michael; they're articulate, funny and were just a joy to listen to. This was a brilliant episode.
