This episode focuses on Nathan's interview with Mary Macdonald.  Mary Macdonald represented Canada in both basketball and volleyball. She played in three Pan Am Games and won three Sr. A national titles in basketball. As a high school teacher and coach at John Oliver secondary she developed several teams, coaching a number of players who went on to play volleyball for Canada at the 1976 Olympics.  Mary also was a torch bearer for the Pan am games, and is one of the stars of the documentary "The Oldest Basketball Team in the Worlds". Tyler Boyle is a professional hype guy, dance entertainer, professional host/emcee, speaker, educator and visual artist.  He also occasionally works at OELC/CASO!Since 2012, Tyler has been working with various cultural festivals, The Rogers Center, Blue Mountain Village, The Canadian Cancer Society, the Special Olympics and the Heart and Stroke Foundation enlivening their events with his interactive Groove dance experiences.  For years Tyler was the host of the local chapter of the popular show, Dragon's Den.  In 2017 Tyler was invited to speak at TEDx Collingwood where he presented an interactive talk entitled, 'Mindful Metacognition'. In 2018, he was invited back again to co-host.As a local elementary school teacher, Tyler is a recipient of the 2020 Prime Minister’s Award of Teaching Excellence and the 2020 Elementary Teacher's Federation of Ontario's Award for Local Humanitarian.  Additionally, Tyler is an EDGEucator and resource consultant for a progressive education company called Moving EDGEucation.Tyler's current projects include expanding his visual art exploration in Spirit Art, releasing a book as an extension of his TEDx talk, as well as growing Dreamwalkers Meditations - easily accessible meditations for youth in schools.https://www.tylercboyle.com/https://www.dreamwalkersmeditations.com/http://www.oelccaso.comhttps://www.getedgeucated.ca/
