that was a fine journey. thanks B.T.
Best podcast I've ever listened to. The people that find this after all the episodes are recorded are the real winners here. It's so good that waiting the week between episodes is excruciating. Two thumbs up 👍👍 (or the same thumb up twice)
I don't think you can say Americans were "the original terrorists". History is SO much longer than just the US. Same thing with slavery; it has happened in every country in history.
One of my favorites ! like the prologues not connected to the story.....keep em' coming !
ok I am a complete idiot.... I admit it. I have literally listened to the episode 5 times and I SI.PLY CANNOT UNDERSTAND THE CRYPTIC LAST WORDS.... Firstly, I get the theme of atlanta having a "caring problem" meaning they didnt seem to care that much about the women of color being hunted in the streets for weeks and weeks. I get it when B.T. says they didnt have a housekeeping or servant problem, they had a caring problem. BUT after hearing the albeit awesome description of the funeral of the civil war hero, I DO NOT GET THE LINE that after the funeral, it was "obvious that NOW EVERYONE CARED". WHY did the funeral make the white community start caring, or otherwise will someone explain that line PLEASE. I have listened over and over thinking I missed the linking line or something. but I cannot find it anywhere.
this is the next podcast sensation, so timely released with halloween. and I LOVE the music!!
