We examine the case of Robert (or Bob or Bobby) Garwood. In 1965, while serving in the Marines during the Vietnam War, Garwood was captured by the enemy. Some would say he willingly assisted the opposing communist North Vietnamese, some would say he did what he could to survive. What became of his captivity remains a debate to this day.

War is hell and most people who fight them are glad when they are over, despite what side they are on. Like a bad coke bender, some people want to keep the fight going. Today we explore secret armies and the guys (maybe gals too) that tried keeping up the fight.
We look back at the short lived 1970s radical group, the Symbionese Liberation Army. We'll look at their formation, activities and the famous kidnapping of Patty Hearst. We'll discuss the conspiracy behind the group's leader, Donald DeFreeze and the end of radical groups in the 1970s. The US is known for its military might, but how far has the US gone with being the "world police". Join me on the first episode as we discuss the US plan to invade, basically everyone, but the insane plan to invade our neighbor to the north, Canada.
We're giving you a preview of the topics we'll be covering from the battle where a bunch of pissed off WW2 veterans overthrew the government to that one time a Finnish/SS soldier served in the US Army during Vietnam. More content will be released soon. Thank you so much for the listen!
