If you can make it show up and hang out!

There were some critiques but CrossFit has really dialed in their stages of competition with the Quarterfinals coming up soon.

This debate has gone on as long as humans have been exercising. What is considered a complete rep? If you ask 10 people you may get 10 different answers. CrossFit is unique because it was arguably the first training program to organize and detail what a full range of motion looks like in order for 1 repetition of a movement to be complete. It may sound trivial but there are tons of benefits to training a full range of motion. On the flip side, we talk about why sometimes it may not be beneficial. https://crossfitreform.com/
