I stumble and bumble over a phrase my Grandmother issued to me one of our last conversations on the phone. “Rex, may God grant you the favor of being a blessing to someone this day.’

What’s the probability that if you try intermittent fasting for 24 hours that your physical and emotional health will deteriorate???? I’ve always witnessed the opposite both in myself and others.
