Henry Ford, Founder of Ford Automobile, once said this.   Henry Ford, like you probably already figured out is the founder of FORD Automobile.   A billion dollar company that has helped millions of people to drive from a to b.  Like every entrepreneur he had to first go through "hell".  Lots of people, even family & friends, told him that he can't built a car and sell it to millions of people.  I guess he proved them otherwise.  What can we learn from the story of Henry Ford? You know it already, don't you? Right. That it doesn't matter who tells you that you can't do something.  If you have an idea, go for it.  If your guts tell you to do it.  Do it. What's the worst that can happen?  You gather experience and use it on your journey! The only thing you need is believe.  Believe in yourself. If you think you can or you can't, you're right. They teach their employees just enough that the work gets done. They are afraid that at one point the employee will just leave with all the companies secrets. Buuuuuttt…. Richard Branson, Multi-Billionaire, thinks different…. He is convinced that if you offer the best environment for your employees that they don't even want to leave. If you actually teach them everything you know, they could just start with all the knowledge their own company, but if the environment they are in, is so amazing, they don’t want to leave.. So in fact if you want to become a billionaire follow the advice of a billionaire… Always think about how can I offer the most value to my employees? What is the one thing that would want to make them stay? How can you provide more value?
