“A ‘ghost poop’ is a term used to describe when one’s stool sinks to the bottom of the toilet and seemingly vanishes without a trace,” in other words, if you’ve ever gone to the bathroom and then looked into the toilet, only to see your feces disappear, it means that you’ve experienced the elusive “ghost poop” — and the same thing goes if you’ve wiped and there’s nothing on the toilet paper. This type of poop, where you feel like you've passed something, but nothing is visible in the toilet or when wiping, may suggest that you are one of the healthiest individuals out there. It is a sign that your body is receiving adequate amounts of fiber and fatty acids while maintaining proper circadian rhythms aligned with nature. If you don’t find yourself having many — or any — ghost poops, you shouldn’t be alarmed, either. In fact, having ghost poop every day isn’t always ideal, as you are unable to see the changes in your feces if it just disappears all the time. Do you ever look at your poop before you flush? After childbirth I can’t seem to get rid of this smell down there to save my life. I have tried everything… Please help! Post menopause bleeding. It’s not just about making the midnight run for tampons, it’s that stomach-dropping fear that “blood equals=cancer” that causes women to spend hours consulting Dr. Google for some reassurance. Although most women imagine the worst, in the overwhelming majority of cases, postmenopausal spotting or bleeding is not an indication of anything serious. But you should definitely have it checked out for reassurance. A sex fast is just what it sounds like: intentionally abstaining from sex. Unlike celibacy, a sex cleanse is a short break from sexual intimacy. Generally taking place over a predetermined period, the individual tends to return to bedroom business as usual – whatever that looks like for them – once the period is up. The purpose of sexual fasting is to gain greater self-control, self-awareness, and emotional harmony. It can also be used to focus on personal growth, creativity, and productivity, without the distractions and energy drain associated with sexual activity. Another benefit of sexual fasting is that it can deepen emotional connections and intimacy in relationships. By abstaining from sexual activity, couples can focus on other forms of intimacy, such as communication, emotional support, and shared experiences.
