It's so easy to focus on what is not right, what's not working, or what bothers us, on the mess and chaos that we forget to allow ourselves to honour and value what we do have and what does work. With a Love tours we are showing appreciation and gratitude to the things we have and we show ourselves where we are succeeding, where we are organized, where it is working. As a result it's also a way of becoming aware how we can apply that knowledge to the chaos and the messy areas to transform them with these insights. You can bring your Chaos to me: http://bit.ly/c2p-discoverFrom Chaos to Peace Consulting Inc - https://connygraf.comConnect with me on LinkedInGet to know the more private me on Instagram orLike and Follow my Facebook Page

Some are more obvious and others is more sneaky. We all have clutter in our life and business, the question is, are we dealing with it or avoiding it? Together we dive into the world of clutter beyond the physical mess, tune in for transformative insights! From Chaos to Peace Consulting Inc - https://connygraf.comConnect with me on LinkedInGet to know the more private me on Instagram orLike and Follow my Facebook Page
In this episode I first talk about the connection between clutter and grief and the various life events that can cause us to be grieving, since that is not only when we lose loved ones. Often these challenging times can lead to a buildup of belongings that serve as a shield against the pain of loss that we don't want to process. That is also the reason why decluttering is often more than tidying up; it's an emotional confrontation but more importantly a step towards healing. In the second part I talk with my special guest Melissa Harris and we unearth the emotional baggage of clutter tied to grief and life's transitions.  Losing a loved one or going through a major life upheaval can leave us grappling with grief that society often tells us to quickly move past. Melissa shares her experiences with loss, reflecting on the limited time we're given by society to grieve and the profound need to create spaces where our emotions are valued and heard. Together we bring to light the importance of support systems, may it be therapy or a grief groups, hiring a grief coach or a clutter clearing coach, this kind of support is helping us process these emotions rather than letting them manifest in harmful ways (or clutter in your home) Find the full shownotes hereFrom Chaos to Peace Consulting Inc - https://connygraf.comConnect with me on LinkedInGet to know the more private me on Instagram orLike and Follow my Facebook Page
