This guided visualization is focused on the third eye chakra (ajna) and re-capping the nu moon in Aries and the zodiac nu year. Please excuse the slight grogginess, it was 3am! InJoy in brilliance. 

In the Sanskrit Vishuddha means especially pure. This episode is on the throat chakra and contains a mini overview of some related astrological info/transits. I also recommend looking at the hindu associations with the throat chakra. Really cool info if you're unfamiliar or enjoy that type of stuff.
