4 tha Air is a weekly radio show and podcast produced by students of High School for Recording Arts and WFNU 94.1 Frogtown Community Radio in St. Paul, MN. Each week HSRA students showcase student-produced music and interview thought leaders from around the world. You can also stream worldwide 5PM CT on wfnu.org

Episode four of  4 Tha Air, the High School for Recording Arts in Saint Paul, MN radio show, features music and interviews from Money Train Vol.1 , an HSRA compilation that showcases a decade’s worth of student-written, recorded, and produced music that took place in the HSRA language arts class. Money Train is taught by Rockstar educator Dan Frey, Assistant Director of EDU at HSRA. Money Train is a unique language arts class where students develop and strengthen their creative writing skills, while learning about language and the history of music and words. The students work in a real audio engineering setting, making their own beats, and writing lyrics based on a subject assigned by Dan Frey. The students then record their collaborative creations. releasing as Soundcloud or Youtube singles. On episode three of 4 Tha Air , the High School for Recording Arts radio show relaunches!   After being shut down by covid, 4 Tha Air took a hiatus but is back and is now recorded and produced in a distance learning environment. This episode of 4 Tha Air features music from the newly released Experience Jazz 2020: The Sounds of Distance album on the High School for Recording Arts and Minnesota Jazz Education label. The students will also share the importance of getting out to vote! 4 Tha Air is aired on WFNU 94.1 FM  Frogtown Community Radio

On episode 2 of 4 tha Air, HSRA students share the changes they want to see in their community and do a countdown of the top streaming songs produced by HSRA students on Spotify, released the HSRA student-managed record label Another Level Records. Director and Producer H.H. Cooper joins to discuss disparities in the entertainment industry for women and people of color.
4 tha Air's debut show features a countdown of the top 4 songs produced by HSRA students in 2019, as voted upon by HSRA students. Thought leader interviews with Netflix Rhythm and Flow Winner D'Smoke and SVP of A&R for Interscope Records Randall 'Sickamore' Medford.
