Hiii! It’s Mental Health Awareness Month and I want to know “how are you REALLY”? I pray you are taking care of yourself and setting healthy boundaries! Today’s episode discusses a little bit about how I live my life by faith, trust in God and how I could do so even more by betting on myself and not holding myself back. My mind had been trapped for as long as I could remember by the enemy, anxiety, depression and INSECURITY– I’m sick of it! I thank God for continuously working on me and reminding me that I’m anointed and there’s bigger and BETTER blessings waiting for me. I just need to continue to trust Him and GET OUT OF MY OWN WAY! Hi RTSTC Saints! Welcome or welcome back to RTSTC Truth Radio! You may already be familiar with 'Taking My Own Advice' because that was my personal podcast, but the Lord told me if was time to serve more people which is an answered prayer. One way in which I've been led to do so was by transforming the podcast to what is now better known as the 'RTSTC Truth Radio' show. So as an homage to what was and what God is doing through us now, 'Taking My Own Advice' is now a segment. In this episode, I discuss how the essence of the name was Biblical the whole time and I had no idea, but God knew. The Holy Spirit gave me the name in 2020 as I was at my old job thinking about my childhood dream of having my own advice column in my own magazine, how I've been giving sound advice for as long as I could remember, knowing better, but not doing better and I was ready to be better. Love is an integral part of our walk with Christ. From our relationship with God, ourselves others and everything in between, love needs to be at the center of it all. In the Bible Jesus was asked what's the greatest commandments in the law, to which He replied: " 'You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind.’ 38 This is the first and greatest commandment. 39 The second is like it, "‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself [that is, unselfishly seek the best or higher good for others].’ 40 The whole Law and the [writings of the] Prophets depend on these two commandments.” (Matthew 22:35-40 AMP). It is through God's love for which we are even saved! By His grace through our faith in Jesus Christ, He exemplified His love for us by dying on cross to pay for our sins and rising 3 days later defeating both sin and death, making us free from them through Him. Like talk about love! But today we're focusing on a part that many of us DNT always apply and that's loving ourself part. How can we properly love our neighbor if we DNT love ourselves?! You may want to, but DNT know where to start. How do you love yourself? How do you love others? You seek deeper intimacy with our Lord Jesus Christ. We love because He first loved us, so no one better to learn from than our Groom, Himself! #Jointheconvo as we discuss how to apply Biblical principals to Live In Love.

The Word says on this journey of following Christ we will have troubles. But praise the Lord, Joy comes in the morning! The thing is, sometimes the troubles last longer than we'd like and it feels like the battle is ongoing. This is spiritual warfare, but rest assured the battle is already won because we are free and victorious in Jesus Christ who overcame the WRLD.
