In this episode, I talk about the art of manifesting your goals. Yes, manifesting can be an overused term, and I’m certainly no expert, but the month of July was full of amazing blessings that began with me writing down what I wanted. The month of August I didn’t take the time to do this, but in September I plan to for sure. May all your goals and dreams work out in your favor!
Ep. 4 Accountability

Ep. 4 Accountability

2020-06-0814:28

It’s been a minute since my last episode in which a lot has occurred since then. Accountability can be hard but if we we really want to try something new and get tasks done, it’s very much needed. I held myself accountable to publish a new episode. Enjoy!
Today’s episode is brought to you by creativity. Whether you have decided to relax during these times or you are feeling inspired, this episode brings you the first interview on BetweenSydyStreets which talks about creativity, specifically photography. Our interview guest is my dear, inspirational friend Sydney Gray (@sydneyellephotography). It’s a bit longer than normal, but with words to inspire your next creative project.
A huge thank you to those who have supported this podcast and listened to the first episode. It truly means a lot. This second episode takes on a serious note. Conducted late in the night, this episode discusses loss, feeling lost, and grief. We've all lost something in regard to these times in our own ways and experiences. Perhaps even before. We are all feeling helpless and a little confused, but what happens when we lose a family member, a friend, a loved one, or someone you know during times like this? By no means am I an expert, just using my own experience, and neither am I trying to tell people how to grieve, but giving you a space to listen, to be heard, or to take your mind off of things. Please free to message me if you ever need support or someone to talk to.
Welcome to the first episode of BetweenSydyStreets, a podcast dedicated to travel, mental health, lifestyle and who knows what else is around the corner. This first episode will dive into the inspiration on starting this podcast, a brief discussion on current relations, and what to do or what not to do while social distancing.
