"Social Thursdays'' is a podcast hosted by Emma Karlson. She is a twenty-something based in Copenhagen, trying to reinvent herself in a post-graduate environment. Facing a completely new phase of her life, she tries to make sense of things and reflect upon her emotions and mental health. She is making a podcast for the same reason she consumes them herself: to get inspired by peoples worries, joys and interests - and to laugh at the most miserable moments of her life. If post-graduate-confusion had a baby with a healthy doses of resigned cynicism, you would get this podcast. Enjoy.

This is the first ever episode of a podcast hosted by me, Emma Karlson. Woken up one day with a huge realization that there is no better time than now to start a podcast, I recorded my reflections about current crisis and how it affects my life. Asking the question of ''Why did Corona happen to me'' I dig deep into my mental health after my graduation and reflect about my current situation in life. I touch upon toxic productivity and how these times need to be taken as an opportunity to put our lives on a pause.
