Over the years the word anxiety has been thrown around loosely. The stigma of mental illness continues to be an issue in or world. Often times, it has prevented people from reaching out for help.

Join me as I recap a conversation that I had with Gina and Sandee- In this episode you will see how our 3 stories are similar yet different, but they are all a part of his master manipulation.

This episode initially began with one meaning, and over the last few months, while the name remained the same, this episode took on a new meaning.... Have your tissues ready.....

This episode talks about promises that were made to the children and quickly broken. These promises are designed to manipulate the victim, get them excited about something, and then let them down.

During a recent conversation with Gina and Jordan, we started to reflect on how we all lived in the same house, at one point, and have all left that same house. Those house was witness to some great memories, and some dark memories.. I couldn't help but wonder what it would say if it had a voice.

The word control has different meanings. When used as a noun, it's the power to influence or direct peoples behavior or course of events. As a verb, it means to determine the behavior of something or supervisor the running of something.  Emotional and mental abuse involves a person acting in a way to control, isolate or scare someone else.
