Dr Ali Fitzgibbon - Senior Lecturer / Subject Lead in Arts Management and Cultural Policy at The Queen's University Belfast.

Nicky Harley is an actor and theatre maker from Derry who you’ll probably know from their recent work with Big Telly and The Lyric Theatre among others. As well as acting, Nicky has also written a play that is being produced by Kabosh Theatre Company and they’ll be appearing in Rough Girls at The Lyric Theatre very soon.

Liz is a multidisciplinary artist and designer who was born in Galway.

Billy Carter is an actor from Bangor who lives and works in New York. They've worked on stage and screen and appeared on both the West End and on Broadway. They've worked at both the Royal Court and the National Theatre in London and they've also worked at the Abbey Theatre in Dublin.Billy discusses what it's like to make the move to New York and how it feels to be in work and what it's like when you aren't working. They also tell a very funny story about an agent that they used to have in New York.

Michael was born in The Falkland Islands, lived in Argentina until they were twelve years of age, moved to England and has now been living and working in Northern Ireland for almost fifty years.
