My life took a turn and ended up in a world wind but moms have to be strong and resilient so I have to get it together for the kids. I feel like if I share this I can finally stop crying when I talk about it and possibly help someone else out who can relate. As we close out Mental Health Awareness Month Coco and I thought it was important to once again talk about issues we think should be addressed. We talked about how important it is to watch our children for the subtle signs that something is wrong and making sure that we try to help them or at least let them know that we are paying attention and that they are loved before it’s too late and things fester into a bigger problems.

This week Neesh, Coco & Heather talk about the possible mental health and toxicity in the Smith's relationship that could have led him to slap Chris Rock. We also discussed some of our own toxic situations. We wanted to recreate the lost episode of us discussing our experiences with toxic relationships and low self esteem but that just didn't happen. We are back at it again with our mess! Crazy weeks?? Of course!! You know we had to talk about the slap heard round the world, just like every one else did! What did you think about what Will did??
