Matt and Erin Warmbier exemplify the theme of this podcast as they constantly make decisions based on more freedom and flexibility for their family. They have chosen to have Erin be a stay-at-home mom and homeschool their 5 children, and now Matt has left his stable job in management at Starbucks to follow his passion and purpose and start a nonprofit. Their story is so beautiful, and I love how they share how they made decisions and how they balance each other out all while considering the other's wants and needs. Even if you don't have children, even if you tell yourself you would never homeschool, even if starting your own project or business doesn't appeal to you...take a listen to this episode!Get involved with and follow Matt and Love They Nerd:WebsiteTwitchInstagramFacebookTwitterYoutubePodcastsPlease reach out to me to connect and let me know your thoughts on this episode! Such good stuff. Right there with you. I feel fortunate to have figured out early on that 9-5, M-F, was never going to work for me. I looked for jobs and eventually a career that would allow me to spend most of my time doing things I loved with the people I wanted to share my time with. And when one area of my work started to feel less than interesting, I found a way to change focus. Eventually, I decided to take the leap into entrepreneurship once I realized that no boss was going to treat me as well, or have my best interests and the interests of my family at heart, as me. I'm working a bit more than I'd expected as I build my business, but I like this new era of me. I look forward to this new era for you, and this podcast. Will be listening for insights and inspiration.
