I am finally back after a small hiatus! In the final episode of 2021, my friend and returning guest Gerardo to talk about my current huge life change and how we’re wrapping up 2021.  We’ll discuss becoming a father to my handsome baby boy and my new world perspective and how he’s flipped my life upside down.  We also discuss how there’s been a shift in people leaving California due to the high cost of living.  We also go into detail on why millennials had the best upbringing in many way and our predictions for the new Spider-Man. In this week's episode we talk about Covid-19 and discuss the first few weeks of 2021 which, has already been crazy to say the least.  My friend and returning guest,  Gerardo,  joins me as we discuss my experience with a positive  COVID-19 diagnosis back in December.  So much has already happened, beginning with the outrageous  storming of the capital, the lifting of the temporary stay-at-home order in California and the distribution of the vaccine which will hopefully make this year a much better one for all of us. So enjoy and have a listen to the newest episode of the year. 
In this week's episode,  i sit down with my amazing wife, Diana to discuss all things Christmas. We chat about our early childhood memories, our family traditions,  favorite holiday foods, and of course our favorite holiday movies. We also discuss the reason Christmas is our absolute favorite holiday and why it's always been so near & dear to our hearts. Christmas has evolved from writing letters to Santa Claus to shopping around for the perfect gift for family and friends.  2020 has been unprecendented and hard on most of us this holiday season but we sincerly hope this episode brings you a little bit of joy. In this week's episode I sit down and re-connect with my friend Mark to discuss the past few years and ultimately see how life has been treating him. Our adventure originally began in Garden Grove at Mimi's Cafe back in 2007 where our friendship began. We used to have video game all-nighters playing Super Smash Bros with our friends until the sun came out... good times! We also recall our first trip to the Sin City when we turned 21! During this episode my friend Mark flipped the script by asking me a few questions about my wife and how we initially got together back in 2011 , we even get into discussing my wife's and I first date which involves Justin Bieber. He also recalls how I introduced  him to one of my personal favorite artists, Drake, and other new music genres/songs  including Mr. Bad Bunny and reggaeton. So take a listen and hear more about some of crazy adventures, I really think we're the dynamic duo that you might just enjoy! 
This week's episode I got to sit down with my friend Simon to talk about the newest addition to his family, his son Peter. Simon and his fiancee Lori welcomed a beautiful baby boy a few months ago right in the midst of the ongoing pandemic. Becoming parents is new and a different experience for everyone but how are new parents handling babies during a pandemic? Is it easier on them or do the strict regulations make it twice as challenging? I find out more from my pal Simon as he details what precautions they've had to take while raising Peter for the last five months and most importantly we find out how they decided on basing Peter's middle name on a Star Wars character! I know, so cool right? How did he convince his fiancee? Come take a listen and find out some more of the quarantine parent chronicles. 
In this week's episode I sit down with my friend Jovani and talk about his experience on becoming a first time father to his beautiful daughter, Melanie. We discuss everything from his initial reaction to finding out that he was going to become a dad, details of the lengthy delivery and reminiscing on his daughters first milestones. As we know, everyone's experience is different but he's been able to enjoy all the precious moments fatherhood brings and just how much he loves being a #girldad, just like Kobe. This week's episode we take it back, way back, to the early 2000's or only the best decade ever, well at least in my opinion. My wife, Diana and I, reminisce on our teenage years when we were watching cheesy MTV shows, wearing our finest Roc-a-wear jackets and using T-9 while texting friends on our small Nokia phones. Do you remember the good ol' days when we'd sit home and wait for the newest music video drop on TRL or we ran to theaters when the first Harry Potter film dropped? Come take a trip down memory lane and join us as we revisit some of our favorite films, shows, music and artists from the early 2000s, you don't want to miss it! 
 On this week's episode my friend Katar and I discuss his journey of becoming a wedding DJ.  He shares details on almost landing a leading role on the famous High School Musical Disney Channel movie, plus the exciting moment he was a contestant on the first season of American Idol. He continues by sharing stories from the last 10 years as an official wedding DJ, he recalls his very first gig, which might not have been so glamorous, to a very endearing wedding moment that was much more impactful than he would have ever imagined. 
Calling all NERDS! On this week's episode my friend Katar and I discuss all things Spider-Man, the Spider-Man comic books and we even talk about Ryan Reynold's role as Green Lantern/ Deadpool. We travel down the Marvel and DC universe comparing movies and abandoned superhero movie projects that never hit the big screen. On this week's episode my good friend Ray and I sit down to talk about our individual experiences with our health and fitness journeys. Everyone's path to health is different but  during this episode we break down what diets we've both tried and which option has provided successful results.  We discuss the Carnivore Diet, Keto Diet, intermittent fasting and which healthy fitness regimen we combine along with our diets. Nutrition isn't the only contributing factor that alters our health as we all know many temptations  will arise along the way that sometimes make loose focus on our goals like stress, drinking, social events and even work. Staying in shape is a constant internal battle for most, if not all of us, so let's go over some tips which have helped us improve and adapt to a healthier lifestyle.

Quarantine has affected everyone and during our discussion we talk about what new hobbies we've learned, what we're binging, reading, our diet or if we've put on the dreaded quarantine 15.
