When someone asks me why it is important to add Voice A/I to their business I ask "would more people check out your business if getting information was as simple as two claps?" Most people remember the clap on/clap off commercials. The product is actually still available online.  Voice A/I to most people today is the next evolution of this two clap technology. But not for much longer. Here is why there may be some resistance to people changing their old habits to voice discovery right now.

Companies made the mistake of not taking the internet seriously and didn't buy their brands website address. By the time they realized they made a huge mistake, entrepreneurial individuals bought up addresses for a few dollars taking a shot that the Internet would be huge and companies would be forced to pay up.  Their bet paid off and we are seeing a huge opportunity for the biggest land grab of the 21st century Voice A/I invocation of brands getting gobbled up.

Amazon already has 150 million voice enabled devices active in the U.S. and their technology is launching in 2021 vehicle models. They are not alone. It is critical for entrepreneurs to take a serious look at ambient computing today, before the technology explodes like streaming music and streaming movies. We already know what happened to companies that waited to long to adapt or adopt these changes in the way we consume products.

Most experts are pushing entrepreneurs to develop skills that replace every day actions, which is great. I believe the biggest advantage to artificial intelligence is adding talents that do not exist in the business today.
