Agency, the ability to live life on your terms, is the product of financial knowledge and cash flowing assets. Most people focus on real estate when seeking cash flow, and while effective, it is extremely slow to achieve. True agency requires betting on the Number 1 asset, YOU...and a business is a more direct reflection of your value than is your rental property. Highlights The inherent freedoms of living and doing business in Cape Coral and how it attracts new residents Importance of focusing on directly owned businesses to gain agency and preserving freedoms in America The benefits of owning real estate over other investments like gold, stressing the importance of directly owned assets for financial growth Why you should jump in, learn and gain experience in the investment and property market The success story of clients who turned their pet care industry knowledge into a profitable business venture The industrialization's role in creating financial dependence and degradation of family units The resurgence of small, local businesses for a stronger nation How to regain control of their unique genius and use it to build personal wealth, agency, and independence Links and Resources from this Episode Connect with Gary Pinkerton https://www.paradigmlife.net/ gpinkerton@paradigmlife.net https://garypinkerton.com/   Review, Subscribe and Share If you like what you hear please leave a review by clicking here Make sure you’re subscribed to the podcast so you get the latest episodes. Agency is the ability to live life on your terms, to make your own independent and FREE decisions. That requires you to have enduring financial resources so you are not dependent on the government for entitlements... Which is where their control comes from. A bit of a fun play on phrases, my message here is that the key to growing Agency and preserving freedom in America and the world is to focus on your life and your talents and Master them. Spend less time on the lives of others and more perfecting and sharing your craft, your business with the world. If you're a master at your craft, then you have unlimited power to the Agency, and therefore you don't need handouts and entitlements, AND the government has no power over you. Thus the incredible 250 year experiment is safe, we will remain a free people and a beacon of light for the world to follow.   Highlights The importance of focusing on one's own tasks and responsibilities and not meddling in others' business matters Why successful businesses need constant attention and nurturing, and if done right, will not be delegated to others for success Reasons for not venturing into public life because of its invasiveness How societal concerns arise when people forget that they're in charge, not the government The consequences of forgetting that the people elected the government officials, not the other way around The podcast's primary lesson is to mind our own businesses by maximizing God-given gifts and talents The pressing need to combat the rising threat of communism within America's own borders   Links and Resources from this Episode Connect with Gary Pinkerton https://www.paradigmlife.net/ gpinkerton@paradigmlife.net https://garypinkerton.com/   Review, Subscribe and Share If you like what you hear please leave a review by clicking here Make sure you’re subscribed to the podcast so you get the latest episodes. And what is the number they tie to your family losing your valuable income? Listen in and find out.  Highlights Talking about how insurance companies assess human life value through factors such as the neighborhood and community, analogizing it to calculating the value of a piece of real estate. Discussing the decrease in human life value as people age and how insurance companies estimate this value. Your life has a powerful purpose and realizing that at the end, completing the journey is extremely important to you and all those you impact and leave to carry the torch when you're finished. Most of us don't know that purpose or why we encounter what we see as setbacks along the way. That's true for me, I get frustrated when my plan doesn't play out. My message to myself and Gary's Gulch today is that we're not playing out our plan, we're living out God's plan and recognizing that is key to a life of peace, abundance, joy and Agency.   Highlights How problems escalate regardless of one's wealth Why you should consider the challenges as learning opportunities instead of mistakes The intersection of faith and science, and how believing in things beyond physics is essential for growth Disapproving the belief that resources are diminishing How Gary miraculously survived the accident and how it appeared to be inexplicable on the basis of physics Having the belief that there was a divine intervention that paved the way for his survival The analogy of an archeological dig to find "golden nuggets" or lessons in life Dangers of overconfidence and complacency in life and investing The need to continue contributing to the world and living up to one's potential   Links and Resources from this Episode Connect with Gary Pinkerton https://www.paradigmlife.net/ gpinkerton@paradigmlife.net https://garypinkerton.com/     Review, Subscribe and Share If you like what you hear please leave a review by clicking here Make sure you’re subscribed to the podcast so you get the latest episodes.
