Imagine you’re a Marine deployed to Afghanistan. Your job is to find and dispose of enemy bombs. One day you’re out there with your team, doing your duty. You pause for a few minutes to take a breather and readjust your gear. But then you take one step to the right — and directly onto an IED. The explosion changes your life forever. For this podcast, Gianno speaks to the man who lived this experience, Johnny “Joey” Jones. Joey is a Fox News contributor and retired US Marine who does extensive work with non-profits helping veterans and their families. Joey discusses his life story, all things military, and what drives him to do so much for veterans. As Democrats continue to embrace an increasingly radical agenda, there’s one man who can save the left from itself. For this podcast, Gianno explains why liberal comedian Bill Maher is the only person up to the task. Indeed, Maher seems to be lone voice on the left with a major platform who still believes in some modicum of common sense — even in the face of cancel culture. But whether liberals heed his warnings or continue their descent into woke madness remains an open question. People who don’t read Scripture often assume women play little to no role in the Bible. For this podcast, Gianno shows just how important the women of the Bible are in a truly inspiring and informative conversation with Fox News anchor Shannon Bream, author of the No. 1 New York Times bestseller, The Women of the Bible Speak: The Wisdom of 16 Women and Their Lessons for Today. For this podcast, Gianno digs into the latest controversy surrounding Hunter Biden, who used the N-word repeatedly in texting conversations with his lawyer. Yes, that N-word — the ugliest, most vile word in the English language. A word that slave masters used while they were beating slaves. And what’s the response from the media and Democrats? Complete and utter silence. Gianno's guest this week to discuss this outrage is Republican Rep. Burgess Owens from the great state of Utah. Beyond Hunter Biden, the congressman and Gianno also discuss Kamala Harris, the border crisis, critical race theory, and much more. Remember when the media roundly dismissed the idea that COVID could have begun as a laboratory accident in Wuhan, China? Remember when so-called journalists demonized anyone who thought the Wuhan lab-leak theory had legs as a racist, crackpot conspiracy theorist? Gianno does, too. For this podcast, Gianno explains why the media owes us all an apology for not doing their jobs when it comes to the origins of COVID. He discusses Dr. Anthony Fauci's emails, the media’s malpractice regarding COVID, and much more. What can we do for those who have done everything for us? For this podcast, in honor of Memorial Day, Gianno looks at how we can help veterans and their families. Mental health, homelessness, unemployment — too many of those who have served this country are suffering and need our help. So, what can we do? To answer that question, Gianno has a conversation with the brilliant Rev. Dr. Oluwatoyin Hines, a PhD and professional counselor who has more than 20 years of military service and recently retired from the Illinois National Guard as a brigade chaplain. Plus, she's Gianno's cousin! Learn more about your ad-choices at https://www.iheartpodcastnetwork.comSee omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
For this podcast, Gianno discusses the left's attack on religious faith with Bill Haslam, who served as governor of Tennessee from 2011 to 2019. Gov. Haslam, a billionaire, has a new book coming out titled, Faithful Presence: The Promise and the Peril of Faith in the Public Square. He and Gianno discuss the proper role for faith in public life and the future of religion in our increasingly secular culture. At this point, it’s outdated to refer to the media’s "liberal bias." For this podcast, Gianno shows how we’re no longer dealing with biased journalists; members of the mainstream media are now just Democrats with press passes, openly pushing a partisan agenda. As a result, fake news has become mainstream. Gianno discusses how this transition happened, the integrity of the press, and the state of journalism today with Fox News host Harris Faulkner, a six-time Emmy Award-winning journalist. We all know the Black community votes overwhelmingly for Democrats — so much so that the Democratic Party takes the Black vote for granted. For this podcast, Gianno discusses the future of the Black vote with Dr. Marc Lamont Hill, one of the left’s most prominent intellectuals. They debate whether it's time for Black folks to change their voting habits. Plus, they have an explosive back and forth on crime, especially over Dr. Hill's desire to abolish prisons. A Black Lives Matter activist and a former police chief walk into a bar. Sounds like the beginning of a joke, right? Actually, it’s not that far off from what Gianno has in store for this podcast. The only difference is, rather than a bar, it’s a recording studio. That's right: On this episode, Gianno has on two very special guests — Zellie Imani and Clarence Cox III — to discuss race and policing in America today. This is a can't-miss conversation. I don’t know about you, but Gianno needs a break from politics. So, for this podcast, Gianno does something fun and a little different: He takes a step back from the political nonsense and talks about relationships with power couple Mike Hill and Cynthia Bailey-Hill. They discuss love, life in the limelight, and the inside scoop on reality TV. But before sharing some laughs, they get serious and address the national debate about race and police shootings that is raging across the country. Remember when Joe Biden was supposed to be the man to bring the American people together, the moderate savior who would unify this country? Yeah, Gianno didn't believe any of it either. For this podcast, Gianno discusses just how divisive and destructive Joe Biden's presidency has been with Brian Kilmeade, the Fox & Friends co-host and best-selling author. The Democratic Party wants you to believe that Democrats are the only ones magically immune to being racist. For this podcast, Gianno refutes this nonsense and exposes the racism within the Democratic Party with Vernon Jones, who made waves nationally by leaving the Democratic Party and becoming a Republican. Vernon and Gianno detail just how destructive the Democratic agenda is for the black community. Plus, they dig into Georgia's controversial new election bill and whether Vernon will run for governor of Georgia in 2022. I appreciate many of your guest's points, but I reject his racism against whites. I am a Cajun, and my ancestors were not treated much better than black slaves were treated. If we want to relate to the actual purpose of the Civil War, and Lincoln's reason for freeing slaves, one must only read the transcripts of the Lincoln Douglas Debates, and the Declaration of Independence. There was no racism involved in either. God bless you, Dave
